Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement fleet health strategies in line with organizational goals and technical advancements.
  • •Ensure readiness for deployment through readiness assessments and site/fleet performance evaluations.
  • •Lead technical initiatives and diagnostic methodologies to maintain and improve vehicle performance and support predictive maintenance and upgrades.
  • •Analyze fleet performance data, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • •Build and lead the FD&R team and manage vendor/partner relationships to uphold performance standards and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven project management skills with a track record of successful execution.
