Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage tasks associated with in-line inspection tool runs and remediation projects to maintain and improve pipeline integrity.
  • •Oversee multiple capital and maintenance projects, including integrity inspection, remediation, testing, and repair projects.
  • •Generate project alternatives and cost estimates, secure funding, track and forecast expenses, and submit project closure documentation.
  • •Develop project scope documents and contractor bid documents; manage the bid process, select contractors, requisition materials, coordinate permitting, and manage contractor/project activities.
  • •Apply design and operating philosophy to meet safety, regulatory compliance, efficiency, and profitability goals; review projects for economics, OSHA Safety, and Kinder Morgan Engineering Standards; provide engineering support to operations as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience providing technical support in pipeline systems with emphasis on pipeline integrity projects.
  • •Project management skills to develop project scope, schedule, budget forecasting, cost tracking/analysis, and risk identification/mitigation.
  • •Ability to communicate project information effectively using well-developed written and verbal skills.
  • •Reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams; working knowledge of pipeline fabrication and construction techniques.
