Job Summary

Own reporting requirements across Operations, QA, TA, Training, and Client Services by serving as the single source of truth. Lead the implementation of reporting platforms to deliver daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly insights, including EOD absenteeism and attrition summaries, churn reporting, operational dashboards, and monthly business reviews for executive leadership. Build and maintain Power BI reporting to consolidate data and support ad hoc dashboard requests.

Key Responsibilities

•Reports to the VP of Operations and/or COO.
•Lead implementation of reporting platforms to produce daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly data.
•Act as the single source of truth for reporting requirements across Operations, QA, TA, Training, and Client Services Management teams.
•Create Power BI Results to consolidate reporting needs and support consolidation opportunities.
•Provide ad hoc reporting requirements and deliver key reports such as EOD absenteeism/attrition and daily churn, plus operational dashboards and monthly business reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 30,000 - 40,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, preferably in a BPO or remote work environment.
•Significant experience with MySQL for querying, extracting, and analyzing operational and performance data.
•Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization/reporting tools.
•Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
•Ability to manage and prioritize multiple reporting requests and collaborate across departments.
