Key Responsibilities

•Support sales team, generate leads, prepare pitches, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
•Assist in event marketing campaigns, create marketing collateral, conduct market research, and analyze campaign performance.
•Work on logistics planning, on-site support, and event management.
•Collaborate with mentors and peers across Sales, Marketing, and Event Operations during the 1-year rotations.
•Develop essential event management skills and professional growth through structured guidance and training.

Key Requirements

•Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in event management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
•Passionate about the events industry with a strong desire to build a career in event management.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
•Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus. Fluent in Vietnamese and English; Chinese is a plus.
