Tax Manager

Own complex U.S. international tax workstreams, including calculations and review of filings for key regimes and reporting requirements. Lead quarterly and annual tax provisions, monitor U.S. and foreign tax law changes, and conduct deep tax research to support well-documented positions. Partner with finance, accounting, treasury, legal, GTM, product, engineering, and operations to optimize tax strategy, including transfer pricing and multi-jurisdictional planning, while managing external advisors.
