Job Summary

Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase for finance projects, designing and executing end-to-end UAT strategy, plans, and schedules aligned to milestones. Coordinate business users, project managers, development teams, and AI/automation specialists to ensure production readiness. Oversee test case design, execution, defect triage, analytics and reporting, risk management, and auditable documentation, while leading and mentoring the UAT team and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute end-to-end UAT strategy, plan, and schedule aligned to project milestones.
•Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure seamless UAT execution across business users, project managers, and technology teams.
•Oversee test case design, including AI-driven generation and coverage for AI/ML-enabled features, and govern execution within timelines.
•Monitor UAT progress using AI-based analytics/dashboards, track defects, and drive timely resolution via triage and escalation.
•Lead, mentor, and manage the UAT team, ensuring quality validation, risk mitigation, and auditable reporting/sign-off documentation.

Key Requirements

•Multi-year experience working with IT departments in complex enterprise environments.
•Proven track record managing IT stakeholders, third-party vendors, and Finance UAT processes.
•Hands-on experience in Agile Scrum frameworks, including sprint-based testing cycles.
•Demonstrable experience in large-scale transformation programmes with formal change management training.
•Strong communication and relationship management skills with ability to influence at all levels.
