Key Responsibilities

  • •Own, design, model and deliver a novel thermal system for our Hybrid aircrafts thermal design, ensuring integration with the overall system.
  • •Select the right technology and materials for a complex and novel thermal system to meet performance and weight targets.
  • •Design the system to be light, performative, and cost-effective while coordinating with stakeholders.
  • •Prove the system’s effectiveness through test definition and validation planning.
  • •Interface with manufacturing, test teams, supply chain, quality, and stress/FEA engineers to deliver the complete system.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 172,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS, MS, or PhD in a related scientific or engineering field
  • •5+ years of experience in mechanical design
  • •Strong fundamentals and demonstrated understanding of complex system design
