Senior Manager, Staff Counsel - New York (REMOTE)

Manage multiple staff counsel office activities focused on defending GEICO insureds in liability cases and handling GEICO’s subrogation, UM/UIM, and PIP matters through litigation and arbitration. Lead people management for attorneys, including hiring decisions, performance appraisals, discipline, and coaching. Research laws, prepare briefs and opinions, oversee pleadings and discovery, and improve office performance metrics.
