Job Summary

Organized, customer-focused Sales Coordinator supporting showroom operations end-to-end. Manages admin tasks for Sales Consultants and the Sales Manager, coordinates with Finance, Logistics, Registration and Aftersales, maintains CRM/ERP data, and drives timely quotations, orders and delivery documentation to safeguard stock, bookings and customer handover in a fast-paced automotive showroom.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate daily showroom sales activities and provide structured administrative support to Sales Consultants and the Sales Manager.
•Prepare quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and delivery documentation accurately and on time.
•Maintain a real-time view of vehicle availability, stock allocation, and pipeline status in coordination with the inventory team.
•Track booking-to-delivery cycle times and proactively resolve bottlenecks impacting customer handover.
•Update and maintain customer records, lead status, and sales pipeline data within the CRM system.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Diploma holders with strong automotive sales coordination experience will also be considered)
•1 to 4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or dealership operations
•Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ERP platforms (SAP / Oracle / Autoline / Kerridge or equivalent), and sales reporting tools
•Familiarity with KSA vehicle registration, insurance, and delivery processes is an advantage
•Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance coordination is a plus
