Job Summary

Join the Southeast Transportation team to design and manage highway transportation projects. You’ll work on signing and pavement markings, traffic signal design, and large Design/Build or alternative delivery projects, using Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads, across hybrid office/home settings with opportunities from junior to senior levels.

Job Function: Design (Product/UX/UI/Visual)

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in planning, designing and managing transportation systems including signing/pavement markings and traffic signal design.
•Collaborate on large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery highway projects with senior engineers.
•Prepare or review CAD drawings and design plans using Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads.
•Support project deliverables from junior to senior levels on multi-project engagements.
•Contribute to design standards and processes guided by AASHTO MUTCD and related guidelines.

Key Requirements

•BS in Engineering or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (Junior Level Engineers: BS + 2 years; Mid-Level: BS + 6 years; Senior Level: BS + 10 years).
•Experience with large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery highway projects.
•Experience with Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads.
•Experience in signing/pavement marking design and traffic signal design.
•Preferred: EIT Certification or PE License; State DOT experience; knowledge of AASHTO Green Book and MUTCD.
