Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design and rollout of pricing governance, including decision rights, approval authorities, escalation thresholds, and exception-management rules.
  • •Map current-country pricing practices and help define a regional operating model with interfaces across Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, Legal, and Billing.
  • •Design and operate an annual price management process and track price increases from target through realized outcomes with reason codes for deviations.
  • •Support complex tenders and pricing cases using structured deal assessment, profitability logic, and negotiation plans, including price corridors and commercial guardrails.
  • •Review surcharges and commercial exceptions to prevent leakage, and ensure pricing commitments are operationally and systemically executable before contracting.

Key Requirements

  • •Partner with stakeholders to design and rollout pricing decision rights, approval authorities, escalation thresholds, and exception-management rules.
  • •Maintain transparent logs of pricing exceptions and recurring deviations, converting repeat issues into improved rules, playbooks, or escalation mechanisms.
  • •Operate an annual price review process with addressable revenue identification, customer-level target setting, exemptions, and implementation tracking.
  • •Support strategic bids and tenders using structured deal assessment, profitability logic, and documented negotiation plans.
  • •Build revenue management capability by scaling pilots across GCC and India and creating simple playbooks, templates, and training materials.
