Job Summary

Drive SAP Application Management Services (AMS) from opportunity through delivery by owning SAP AMS solutions and engagements. Partner with Sales and the SAP team on proposals and manage Service Delivery Management activities. Plan and steer service, support, and maintenance work, ensure project ownership during transition and service delivery, and coordinate local, nearshore, and offshore teams. Lead escalation and incident handling for customers while building business relationships.

•Own and expand SAP AMS solutions and engagements from opportunity through delivery.
•Support Sales and the SAP team with offers and execute Service Delivery Management for SAP AMS engagements.
•Plan and steer service, support, and maintenance activities in the application landscape; ensure project responsibility during transition and service delivery.
•Coordinate and manage local, nearshore, and offshore delivery units, including customer requirements.
•Serve as the main point for customer emergency and escalation management and help grow business relationships.

Key Requirements

•University degree in business administration and/or business informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik).
•At least 8 years of experience in SAP Application Management as Service Manager or Service Delivery Manager for large, long-running projects.
•Experience leading (intercultural) project teams and handling projects commercially (including budget responsibility).
•Strong communication skills, high initiative, and service orientation.
•Fluent German and English, able to negotiate professionally.
