Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in management consulting or internal transformation roles, ideally in financial services (asset management preferred).
  • •Proven ability to lead and scale consulting teams in a global, matrixed environment.

  • •Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the highest levels.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (minimum) and proficiency with executive-level presentation tools (e.g., MS PowerPoint).
