Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance tasks and administer the preventative maintenance program.
•Respond to maintenance requests from the manufacturing floor, evaluate issues, and resolve repairs.
•Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed while maintaining production-ready and safe conditions.
•Perform root cause analysis and determine immediate actions or escalation to appropriate personnel.
•Participate in cross-functional process improvement, daily production meetings, and maintain 5S in the work area.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

•Ability to read blueprints and schematics and follow written or verbal instructions.
