Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • •Provide first and second-line technical support to on-site and remote employees, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • •Monitor and maintain the health and performance of IT systems and network infrastructure.
  • •Manage user accounts and permissions, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • •Assist with implementing and enforcing IT security policies, including updates, patch management, backups, and documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 45 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Technician, or in a similar technical support role.
  • •Strong knowledge of computer hardware, network systems, and common software applications.
  • •Experience with Windows operating systems and server environments; familiarity with other operating systems is a plus.
  • •Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills with attention to detail.
  • •Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred (equivalent professional experience considered).
