  • •Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and drive clientele generation and customer retention.
  • •Lead the sales floor with a customer-first mindset to build loyal relationships and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • •Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback scores, including NPS, and act as a brand ambassador.
  • •Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and oversight of receiving/removal of products; track metrics and take action to improve accuracy and fulfillment.
  • •Support loss prevention, store operational procedures, weekly workflow, and merchandising presentation standards; onboard and coach staff as needed.
