Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the change strategy for the Next Gen Ops Program, embedding adoption, readiness, and communications across transformation phases.
  • •Design and execute the communications plan to drive awareness, understanding, and engagement with the right audiences and channels.
  • •Conduct impact assessments and change readiness analyses; translate insights into actionable plans for affected roles, processes, and systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •3 years as a change advocate on technology-enabled programs (e.g., OCM Specialist, Communications Specialist, Business Analyst, or Product Owner).
  • •Experience applying structured change management methodologies on medium to large initiatives.
  • •5+ years in organizational change management for complex, regulated, or safety-critical environments.
  • •Experience with large-scale system implementations or operational transformations in airline operations or similar environments.
