Job Summary

Work hands-on in a cleanroom performing failure analysis for process rejects, qualification/evaluation samples, and RMAs. Build and repair multimillion-dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment, run troubleshooting and audits, and provide results that feed final reports. Plan daily/shift tasks, ensure job handover, maintain tools and workplace to 5S and safety standards, and support internal/external audits. Contribute to improved precision and efficiency through lab and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and perform analysis jobs for process rejects, qualification/evaluation samples, and RMAs; provide results for final reports.
•Plan daily/shift tasks for timely completion and ensure job handover to the next shift.
•Build, repair, and test equipment assemblies, subassemblies, and components (electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic).
•Perform basic maintenance and care for tools and machines; maintain workplace to meet 5S and safety requirements.
•Support internal and external audits and contribute to lab/process capability enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Material/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) is preferred.
•Hands-on experience with common analysis techniques and analysis instruments (e.g., cross-section, ion-mill, CSAM, EDX, FTIR, FIB).
•Knowledge of Reliability Environmental Stress Test (including HTHH, TC, UV, LT).
•Knowledge of materials characterization procedures (including Bend, Abrasion & Adhesion tests) and materials physics.
•Self-directed with willingness to take on new tasks; able to perform shift work and support overtime when required.
