Key Responsibilities

  • •Full responsibility as Design Manager in general planning.
  • •Interdisciplinary overall coordination and control across all specialist disciplines and trades.
  • •Monitor and ensure construction costs, timelines, and contractually owed services.
  • •Lead project teams and oversee work quality, typically with office-wide and international teams (including remote work).
  • •Proactively manage decision-making, collaborate with clients and construction stakeholders, and help acquire projects including preparing and negotiating offers.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in architecture or a comparable field.
  • •20 years of professional experience beginning after master’s/diploma graduation, including at least 6 years in LPH 3–4 and 6 additional years in LPH 5.
  • •Experience planning, coordinating, and executing planning projects of varying size and complexity in the German and ideally international market.
  • •Experience leading a planning team and managing projects.
  • •Sound knowledge of German building regulations and environmental requirements, plus fluent German and English.
