Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure within a large enterprise environment.
  • •Provide L1, L2, and L3 network troubleshooting and technical support, diagnosing connectivity and performance issues.
  • •Monitor network infrastructure and proactively identify potential issues.
  • •Support network and security incidents, including escalation and root-cause analysis, within ITIL processes.
  • •Provide technical consultancy and recommendations for network and security improvements, including after-hours/weekend support as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing and maintaining large enterprise network environments.
  • •CCNP certification is mandatory.
  • •Strong experience in enterprise networking with L1, L2, and L3 troubleshooting.
  • •Experience working within an ITIL framework.
