Job Summary

The AI/ML Flex Solution Engineer is a customer-facing technical role supporting AI/ML initiatives across US Major Accounts. You’ll translate business challenges into AI/ML solutions, prototype MVPs and PoCs, and collaborate with regional SEs and AEs to accelerate adoption, while staying ahead of AI/ML industry trends and contributing to knowledge sharing across teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with regional Account Executives and Solution Engineers to identify AI/ML opportunities within US Major Accounts and qualify/develop them.
•Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops focused on AI/ML portfolios (platforms, services, and MLOps tools).
•Architect and prototype AI/ML solutions, including PoCs that demonstrate business value.
•Serve as the technical bridge between customers and the AI/ML Product/Engineering teams, incorporating feedback and emerging requirements.
•Travel up to 30-40% to support critical engagements across regions

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 216,562 annually
