Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, engineer, and build SRE platform systems and capabilities with AI, treating them as products other teams depend on.
  • •Participate in live-site monitoring rotations, handle escalations, and drive effective mitigations through postmortems to reduce customer impact.
  • •Drive availability, scalability, and performance improvements based on live-site learnings and embed best practices into the systems you build.
  • •Ensure reliability, scalability, quality, and performance targets are met and identify architectural changes to move these metrics significantly.
  • •Drive task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing, and onboard other teams by building integrations and removing friction to accelerate adoption.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years architecting and engineering large-scale, distributed commercial applications and services with a focus on customer success.
  • •Experience building large-scale internal platforms adopted by multiple teams in their critical paths.
  • •Proven ability to drive adoption by building integrations, removing friction, and measuring outcomes delivered.
  • •Experience building and maintaining complex AI-powered applications in production.
  • •Proficiency in one or more object-oriented languages (e.g., C#, C++, Go, or Python) plus strong computer science fundamentals.
