Recruitment Manager

Lead the talent acquisition function for a Riyadh-based organization by developing and executing recruitment strategies and owning the end-to-end hiring lifecycle—from requisitions and sourcing to interviewing, offers, and onboarding. Mentor and manage the recruitment team, partner with hiring managers and senior leadership, maintain qualified candidate pipelines, analyze recruitment metrics, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and manage external agency relationships while championing an exceptional candidate experience.
