Key Responsibilities

  • •Modify/adapt K12 curriculum to meet unique student needs aligned to state content standards.
  • •Collaborate with general education teachers to deliver individualized and small-group sessions for targeted students.
  • •Educate parents on instructional strategies and serve as a daily resource to administrators and stakeholders regarding RTI issues.
  • •Ensure RTI implementation by collecting RTI data, running progress monitoring, and using data to guide whole and small group instruction.
  • •Collaborate with staff to coordinate Tier 2 interventions and provide ongoing training and support on RTI and data collection procedures.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree
  • •Active state teaching license
  • •North Carolina Middle Math Teaching Certification required
  • •Must reside in North Carolina
  • •Ability to clear required background check
