Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain relationships as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners such as PBMs and brokers.
  • •Advise leadership on important client account activities, including market reprice analyses and contract term/rate dependency coordination.
  • •Research and respond to pharmacy benefit related questions within deadline requirements.
  • •Assist clients in resolving billing, claim, eligibility, and other customer service problems and partner with PBM teams to resolve benefit issues.
  • •Supervise client billing and payments, ensure proper billing procedures, and keep CRM book of business information accurate and up to date.

Key Requirements

  • •Prefer a Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Have an Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college.
  • •Prefer three years of PBM related industry experience.
  • •Knowledge of the employee benefits industry, specifically PBM.
  • •Ability to read and interpret industry policies and contract documents, proposals, and related correspondence.
