Job Summary

Serve as a customer-facing pre-sales technical advisor within the Sales organization, partnering with Account Managers to understand customer objectives and technical requirements. Design and present tailored solution architectures for F5 application security and delivery, delivering demos, workshops, and proof of concepts. Provide consultative guidance across cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and application delivery, while supporting sales opportunities through technical qualification to closure.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Managers to understand customer business objectives and technical requirements.
•Design and present solution architectures tailored to customer needs.
•Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof of concepts (POCs).
•Provide consultative guidance and build trusted advisor relationships throughout the sales cycle.
•Maintain expert knowledge, collaborate cross-functionally, and use Salesforce/internal tools to track opportunities and account strategies.

Key Requirements

•Several years of experience in a pre-sales, Solutions Engineering, or Systems Engineering role within enterprise technology.
•Experience with one or more: cloud platforms, cybersecurity, application delivery, networking, DevOps, SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
•Strong customer-facing presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
•Experience designing technical solutions that address customer business needs.
•Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken), with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
