Key Responsibilities

•Anticipate project delivery and operational requirements, solving routine and usual problems for our teams and clients.
•Lead the full lifecycle delivery of transportation projects, including feasibility, preliminary and detailed design, community engagement, project delivery and construction management.
•Oversee appointment of discipline lead engineers, plan engineering tasks, define scope and develop novel concepts and approaches.
•Provide technical knowledge to the design team from concept to implementation across multi-disciplinary projects.
•Promote a strong health and safety culture, ensure quality of technical output, and embed sustainability in design processes.

•Relevant civil engineering, infrastructure, or transportation project delivery experience; track record in preliminary, detailed design or construction phases
•Demonstrable ability to communicate, collaborate and mentor teams; experience leading delivery teams

•Degree in a related field; ongoing professional development and willingness to work across multiple offices
•Strong understanding of safety, health and wellness leadership and delivering sustainable design outputs
