Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in training office staff, physicians, and providers on processes and technologies in coordination with the Value Based Care Curriculum.
  • •Assess practice and staff training needs on an ongoing basis.
  • •Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare system executives to support financial and quality performance.
  • •Implement products and execute ACO initiatives, including supporting wellness visits, transitions of care, and active management to meet goals in transformation plans.
  • •Listen to practice concerns and relay important information to Manager/Leads to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be resident of South Carolina.
  • •Graduate of an accredited college or university (4-6 years of relevant work experience in medical practice management may be accepted in lieu of education).
  • •3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical/practice management processes.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational and project management skills, and team-building skills.
  • •Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
