Job Summary

Enable sales of Airside products by supporting special design requests, custom designs, and custom submittal drawings. Serve as an Airside subject matter expert, partnering with product support, engineering, manufacturing, product management, and portfolio teams to address technical and pricing questions. Contribute to commercialization plans, coach product support teams, and provide customer support via email, phone, and Zendesk while working with a team in person at least 3 days per week.

•Provide additional product support via email, phone, and Zendesk as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical degree; electrical engineering experience and/or MBA preferred.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing sector, including product management, engineering, marketing/sales, or field support.
•Provide clear decision-making under pressure and effectively handle internal and external customer needs.
•Strong organization skills with flexibility for time-sensitive projects and tasks.
•Proficiency using PC/end-user tools including Creo, AutoCAD, Revit, Zendesk, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
