Key Responsibilities

•Manage an operational team of about 10 engineers, including development, maintenance and support, and coordinate with other RD teams and company divisions.
•Consolidate the team’s plans and load plans, define and implement tools and procedures, and oversee recruitment and annual objectives with the RD Manager.
•Define and manage the product roadmap in alignment with Product Management, incorporating architecture recommendations and cross-functional input.
•Oversee organization and follow-up of transverses components; ensure consistency of the roadmap with product family needs and manage cross-team collaboration with Professional Services and Managed Services.
•Ensure effective tools, procedures, and reporting (PCO reporting) and coordinate support/maintenance with Customer Support, Professional Services, and partner technology teams.

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (Bac+5)
•10 years of professional experience in IT/software, including at least 5 years in management, development, or project management
•Experience leading an engineering team (approximately 10 people) and participating in recruitment
•Strong knowledge of project management: risk, budget, planning, and change management; ability to define and manage roadmaps and load plans
•Autonomy, initiative, teamwork, and excellent communication skills
