Shift Lead - Federal Way

Lead day-to-day operations inside a DashMart fulfillment center by running assigned shifts, delegating tasks, and supporting Site Management. Ensure accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and safety/cleanliness standards across both warehouse and (where applicable) light-prep kitchen processes. Coach Operations Associates, serve as the point of escalation, communicate with customers when issues arise, and contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
