  • •Expand and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and educate customers on ways to improve efficiency and savings
  • •Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and communications
  • •Develop sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
  • •Maintain up-to-date communication with customers about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can support their business
