Provide timely, efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling funds properly. Deliver a high-quality client experience by engaging clients, performing complex and standardized transactions, and cross-training to support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs and online/mobile banking, support sales outreach, and follow internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures.
