Key Responsibilities

  • •Take great care of customers by catching what they didn’t know to ask, such as coverage gaps, discounts, or renewal changes.
  • •Answer inbound calls from customers shopping or needing updates for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
  • •Get deep on the product and insurance partner panel to guide customers to the coverage that fits them.
  • •Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage.
  • •Process service requests including vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
