Job Summary

Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join the Maintenance Solution Department (MSD) under Global Manufacturing Excellence. Provides technical expertise for development, launching, and assessment of maintenance programs, PM and PdM strategies, and performance reporting. Builds data-driven analyses to benchmark maintenance performance, guides spending and budgeting, and supports readiness of facilities within Saudi Arabia for Global Manufacturing operating facilities.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Develop maintenance processes, maintenance management strategy, work and performance management strategy and conduct maintenance health assessment in line with GME and corporate requirements, including PM and PdM strategies, organization structures, manpower and cost analyses, and report on effectiveness.
•Conduct data-driven analyses to benchmark maintenance organization performance, identifying gaps and setting sustainable plans to close them (e.g., spending analysis, RAM modeling, planning & scheduling).
•Analyze facilities’ maintenance performance to establish baselines and generate frequent benchmarking reports to promote knowledge.
•Review maintenance reporting mechanisms and KPIs and provide recommendations based on trends to drive performance.
•Analyze maintenance spending in terms of manpower, equipment, materials procurement and outsource strategies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
•Minimum of 10 years of relevant oil & gas downstream experience.
