Build strong relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products. Open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while delivering a consistent, digital-first client experience. Partner with branch teams and use available resources to ensure operational excellence and accuracy.
