Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise employees across production/operation functions (assembly, inspection, test/final test) for manufacturing capital equipment, systems, and components.
  • •Prioritize production schedules using manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements.
  • •Participate in operational meetings; support organization performance metrics development and tracking; schedule milestone meetings and improve cycle time and other metrics.
  • •Respond to operations issues affecting customer satisfaction; act as an interface for customer/vendor requirements; analyze cost of quality opportunities and initiate corrective actions.
  • •Oversee accident/injury prevention, ensure EHS training/documentation, manage performance management and employee development plans, and drive Lean, Safety, and Quality improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Have formal supervisory responsibilities and be able to set priorities and coach employees to meet daily deadlines.
  • •Understand and apply procedures and concepts within your job family, with basic knowledge of related job families.
  • •Ensure employees (including temporaries) receive and follow required Environmental, Health and Safety training and comply with safety policies and procedures.
  • •Support production capacity planning and implement/monitor processes that collect, analyze, and report key measurement data and real-time status.
  • •Be able to perform shift work (CMP Shift 2, 4pm to 1.30am) and meet physical and clean-room requirements (PPE, standing/walking, noise and color distinction).
