Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee programs and ensure operational phases, schedules, and delivery are on track.
  • •Lead development and execution of operating policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local rules and regulations.
  • •Manage human resources allocation across projects and ensure proper staffing, including daily opening/closing operations.
  • •Oversee contractors: scheduling, negotiation, contract preparation, cost estimation, and approvals/feedback on operational issues.
