Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement BIM and digital engineering strategies, standards, procedures, and workflows across assigned projects.
  • •Lead BIM implementation across the project lifecycle from design development through construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Create, review, and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), and related BIM documentation.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models, including model coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and resolution of coordination issues.
  • •Manage BIM activities within the Common Data Environment (CDE), review consultant/contractor deliverables for quality and compliance, and mentor BIM/digital engineering team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, BIM, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong experience in BIM and digital engineering within construction, real estate development, infrastructure, or major project environments.
  • •Proven experience managing multidisciplinary BIM coordination and digital project delivery.
  • •Strong knowledge of BIM standards and processes, including ISO 19650.
  • •Proficiency in BIM/digital engineering platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or equivalent.
