Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review procedures and work instructions; support revisions of standard manuals and management review meetings.
  • •Liaise with internal and external entities on quality-related matters; assist with continual improvement processes and preventive measures.
  • •Develop and monitor area audit plans with Functional Leads, Manager Assurance, and the Corporate IMS Team; execute continuous improvement projects.
  • •Oversee KPI/QI and performance quality processes, including global trend analysis, benchmarking, and ground-level documentation.
  • •Accompany extrinsic auditors, follow up on actions, maintain licenses, conduct external surveillance audits, and assist with external certifications and awards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience related to EPC construction and fabrication.
  • •ISO Auditor training for 9001, 14001, and 18001 (and other globally recognized Quality Management Systems) including Internal Auditor training.
  • •Ability to work as a team member and act as a team leader, responding effectively to changing business demands.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel, plus strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
