Job Summary

Senior Compensation Partner to support and execute reward strategies for CrowdStrike’s global Engineering division, managing market data, compensation infrastructure, merit cycles, and incentive programs. You’ll partner with HR/Business Leaders, build data-driven storytelling, ensure pay practices are compliant, and help develop compensation policies aligned with market trends.

•Coordinate survey submissions, maintain peer groups, and manage the team’s market data depository.
•Maintain compensation infrastructure (e.g., job families, grades, titling) and work towards mastery.
•Lead planning, prepping, launching, running, reviewing, and closing out the annual merit cycle.
•Serve as secondary for business/HRBP consulting and eventually shift to primary for at least one business group.
•Lead the annual comprehensive market analysis informing compensation ranges and budgets.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 155,000 annually

•5+ years of compensation experience (Consulting, Finance, Accounting, or related field also works)

•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, related field, or equivalent experience
