Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead EHS team members and cross-functional stakeholders to drive EHS programs and corporate/regulatory requirements.
  • •Create site EHS targets/objectives and manage preventative and proactive projects using root-cause identification and corrective actions.
  • •Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations for air, land, and water; provide technical oversight for programs and permitting requirements.
  • •Use EHS data processes to manage and report injuries/illnesses and environmental metrics, including risk assessments and action items.
  • •Develop and manage compliance trainings and site-wide communications; support Management of Change, emergency response coordination, and external regulatory audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other EHS-related field.
  • •6+ years of EHS experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • •2+ years of experience leading or managing people (direct or indirect).
  • •U.S. person eligibility for access to export-controlled information (U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing practices and their relationship to environmental, safety, and health risk.
