Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow and nurture HSBC Premier (HNWI) relationships, maximizing growth of the Premier client portfolio and achieving financial targets.
  • •Conduct regular reviews to understand clients’ needs and advise on products and services that help them meet goals.
  • •Develop and maintain client contact strategies, fully utilize Client Relationship Management data, and keep client information complete and up to date.
  • •Use tools and information to drive client service delivery and performance, and monitor client satisfaction data to implement improvements.
  • •Ensure operational effectiveness and control by following HSBC lending, sanctions, and Anti-Money Laundering policies, including completing required training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 5-8 years of relationship management experience with high net worth clients.
  • •Evidence of strong sales results in insurance and investment products.
  • •Strong technical skills in wealth management and a sound understanding of financial services products and services.
  • •Valid licenses/accreditations required by the country; IRDA and AMFI certifications are mandatory.
