Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive best-in-class product maturity, improving bits per wafer (yield), product grades (Repair Density and DPM), and cycle of learning speed.
  • •Develop optimum process integration solutions using in-depth knowledge across FEOL, MOL, CELL, and BEOL loops/functions.
  • •Collaborate with YE, Device, RDA, and Metrology teams to resolve top yield issues and enable inline visibility for fast yield ramp while minimizing excursions.
  • •Identify best-known methods and standardize business processes across DRAM/NAND sites and the network.
  • •Use AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness, while complying with standards and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in a process-related role in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in EE, Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemical
  • •Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication process flows, interactions between processes, and impacts on yield, device performance, and reliability.
  • •Ability to analyze DRAM/NAND parametric, probe, and qual data across front-end and backend assembly processes.
  • •Proven track record addressing root cause for structure/device-related issues with strong organizational and communication skills.
