Title Processing Supervisor - DMP

Lead a dedicated title processing team responsible for processing vehicle titles from multiple states and ensuring accurate, timely outcomes that support customer satisfaction. Establish and manage KPIs, hold team members accountable, and continuously improve processes to boost accuracy and efficiency. Partner with other Title department supervisors and processing team members while applying strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-centric judgment to resolve title issues.
