Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the main contact for the ASO ordering team, covering order follow-up, packaging requirements, FAL & production removals, replacements, AOG standby support, and steering subcontracting within SBCO2.
  • •Support supply activities by requesting quotations toward PMR and suppliers and following up on ordering and manufacturing activities.
  • •Perform Tech Data delegation & certifying staff activities, including issuance of EASA F1 and SAP master data updates on behalf of TechData, and trigger provision of commercial data to ASO.
  • •Lead internal projects/partial projects, preparing and delivering reporting and presentations and driving continuous improvement programs.
  • •Advise on process improvements across production units, production interface, and SATAIR, acting as a SAP business operations/support resource for subcontractors.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a Supply Chain discipline or equivalent.
  • •Relevant working experience with a basic understanding of aircraft manufacturing and awareness of airline/aircraft maintenance operations.
  • •Deep knowledge of SAP is essential.
  • •Knowledge of EASA Part 21 and Part 145, with competence in technical data and the ability to read Airbus technical documentation.
  • •Good level of spoken and written English; local Airbus language is required (any other language is a plus).
