Job Summary

Provide trusted, problem-solving support to individuals and businesses by processing financial transactions and using conversations to identify financial wellness needs. Spend most time serving clients at the branch and transactions, while proactively engaging clients through calling to uncover goals and deliver tailored guidance. Work closely with branch leadership to prioritize high-impact activities, meet individual performance outcomes, and follow compliance, audit, and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and supporting client outcomes personally, professionally, and financially.
•Accurately process financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
•Resolve more complex client servicing issues and transition clients to a Banker as needed.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities, deliver customized recommendations, and maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies.
•Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer, participate in branch huddles/debriefs, and work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED or equivalent business experience.
•Experience building current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
•Experience with cash handling.
•General understanding of PC (Windows-based applications) and calculator.
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
