Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Group HR Head with complex calendar management, including cross-entity meetings and board-level engagements.
  • •Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics for the Group HR Head.
  • •Prepare executive-level briefings, reports, presentations, and talking points for leadership forums and board meetings.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact across C-suite executives, Board members, subsidiary HR leads, and external partners for HR-related matters.
  • •Support Group HR initiatives by coordinating cross-entity working groups and preparing analytical reports to inform Group HR strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, or a related field (required).
  • •Minimum 4–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including at least 3 years supporting C-suite or Group-level executives.
  • •Experience in a large corporate/holding group or government-related entity in Saudi Arabia is strongly preferred.
  • •Exposure to HR functions, corporate governance, or board secretariat work is an advantage.
  • •Master’s degree or professional certification in Executive Administration or HR is preferred.
