Key Responsibilities

  • •Own UX design end to end across assigned Platform Tool product areas, from problem definition and product strategy through implementation and iteration.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and end users to identify needs, define problems, and determine what to build.
  • •Translate complex, ambiguous business requirements into simple, efficient, and scalable workflows and experiences.
  • •Define information architecture, interaction models, user flows, and detailed UI, making tradeoffs across hierarchy and patterns.
  • •Use AI tools such as Claude and Figma Make to accelerate exploration, prototyping, iteration, and collaboration; partner with Engineering to ensure shipped usability and quality.
