Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience as the brand’s front-line ambassador. Build client relationships through product expertise and fashion advice, drive sales with cross-selling and clienteling, and meet personal and store KPIs. Support daily store operations including POS/mobile tools, cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection. Collaborate with teammates and participate in training and brand initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction processing, and stockroom organization.

Key Requirements

•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos plus clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support store schedule needs (nights/weekends/holidays).
